Patrons attending the Tuff Truck Challenge or otherwise involved in any motor sport activity staged or sanctioned by Tuff Events & Promotions Australia Pty Ltd (Tuff Events) commit to abiding by the following code of behaviour:
- Act in a socially acceptable manner at all times
- Comply with all Conditions of Entry including provisions relating to security screening, responsible consumption of alcohol, underage drinking, intoxication, anti-social behaviour and items that are prohibited by law or restricted by policy
- Respect the decisions and follow the lawful directions of Site Officials at all times
- Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their gender, ability, race, colour, religion, language, politics, national or ethnic origin
- Never use violence in any form towards another person including Tuff Events staff, Contract Security staff, Competitors, Site Officials or fellow patrons
- Not engage in acts of discrimination, harassment or abuse towards any person, (a) the use of obscene or offensive language and/or gestures, (b) the incitement of hatred or violence
- Not display, or attempt to display, offensive or inappropriate banners
- Never throw missiles, projectiles or objects of any description at Tuff Events staff, Contract Security staff, Competitors, Site Officials or fellow patrons
- Not enter or attempt to enter Competition Courses or out of bounds areas
- Refrain from any anti-social behaviour, disorderly conduct or conduct that may injure the reputation and goodwill of the Tuff Truck Challenge and motor sport generally
Any person who does not comply with this Patron Code of Behaviour or who otherwise causes a disturbance may be evicted from the Site and may be banned from attending future Tuff Events sanctioned activities.
