General
In order to reduce the danger to others, all glass containers and bottles are banned from the site. The Tuff Truck site is a “Glass Free Zone”.
There is a strict NO PETS policy. The land owners are extremely strict on pets and will not allow any pets on the property. Their own animals are extremely territorial and we want to ensure that there are no incidents between the farm animals and patrons pets. We have to respect the land owners wishes.
Absolutely no fire arms or fire works (or any explosives) are allowed. No vehicles are to be moved during the weekend besides entering or leaving the property.
Alcohol Restrictions

A Maximum of ‘ONE’ of the following is permissible per adult 18+yrs, 30 Cans of Beer (375ml) or Mixed Spirits or 1L Spirit Bottle ( bourbon, whiskey, rum, vodka etc ).
(NOTE: all liquid in glass bottles must be transferred into plastic).
Any excess alcohol will be have to be surrendered at the gate. We will not be responsible for the return of any surrendered alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person wishing to abuse these restrictions.
Don’t get any smart ideas thinking that you will be allowed to exit the grounds to return with more alcohol, we will have security on the exit gate monitoring all vehicle movements.
Alcohol restrictions will be in force in all competition areas. A maximum of 6 drinks per adult are allowed during within the competition day stage areas & 4 drinks only inside the Friday & Saturday Night Mudrats Revenge.
Hard eskies are not allowed at the Friday & Saturday Night Events. Soft coolers only. Security will be on all entry points into these areas.
Quad Bikes & other Vehicles
As well as modified & motorised ride-on mowers, esky’s, benches, seats etc. these vehicles will NOT be permitted at Tuff Truck for use by spectators. Please do not bring them. They will be confiscated by Tuff Truck Officials, Security Staff or Police if found in use. This is in the interest of your safety and other patrons whilst at the event. People, who use the assistance of a wheelchair, manual or motorised and would like our assistance to the competition stages area, please contact Site Manager [email protected] and we can arrange easier options for you.
Please note that only Event Officials and Security Personnel will be riding around on quad bikes to get to all areas of event site.
As this is a Public Event, all roads throughout the event camp grounds are considered Public Roads & Road Rules Apply.
Filming Notice: TV cameras at the Event
There will be TV and video cameras filming at Tuff Truck Challenge. See Camera Policy.
The event and any person attending may be photographed, recorded & or filmed.
By visiting Tuff Truck Challenge:
- you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and/or filmed and/or recorded and you give your irrevocable permission to be photographed and/or filmed and/or recorded.
- you grant your irrevocable permission for your likeness, mannerisms and/or voice to be included in any content for such filming, photographs and/or recording (and edited) without compensation and/or credit, which content may be communicated and/or exploited in any and all media worldwide, whether existing or later invented, in all perpetuity.
- Starlink / Space X Internet Service Use is Prohibited within the Tuff Truck Event Site. This is to ensure our internal Emergency Communications, Management & Live Stream Service’s are not effected. ( access can be provided upon individual requests which will be assessed for necessity reasons upon application. email [email protected])

Any person found breaking any of the rules will be escorted from the property.
