PRE-ORDER Merchandise
If you took advantage of the ability to reserve merchandise before the event, you’ll need to print your invoice send to you by the online store after checkout. Take this with suitable ID to the merchandise tent at the event to collect your items.
For more details read the Pre-Order Policy.
Q. When do online ticket sales close?
Generally the weekend before the event. In 2023 this will be 6pm Tuesday the 25th April.
Don’t forget that tickets will still be available at the gate all weekend at GATE Pricing.
Q. When are tickets sent?
All spectator tickets will start being emailed on the week after Easter 2023.
If it’s less than 5 days before the event, and you still don’t have your tickets, please read Tuff-e-Ticket Frequently Asked Questions or contact us.
Q. Why I didn’t get an email?
At the time of order you will get an invoice of your purchase. In the weeks leading up to the event, we will send you a bar-coded ticket to the same email address you used when making the purchase.
Please check your spam/junk folder first as it may have gone there. To help you find it, the subject line for the email starts with “2023 Tuff Truck Tickets“. If you can, do a search for that to help find them.
Sometimes your email address was incorrect in our system (often due to a typo when you ordered) or when we attempted to send to you it bounced (your mailbox maybe full). If this is the case please contact us to re-send your ticket.
We also have issue sending to Hotmail and sometime BigPond email addresses – if you have an alternative, please use it. It’s also a good idea to add your phone number your order so we can phone you if we notice issues.
Q. How does this work?
A QR ticket will be emailed to the purchasers email address. At the event we will have barcode scanners that will verify your order where you’ll be given an wrist-band to enter the event.
Q. Why did you move to electronic ticketing?
Postage costs and manual handling added to the expense and time to send and collect tickets. By using electronic tickets we can keep sales to the event open longer and drastically ease the flow of traffic coming into the event as it’s much quicker to process your entry.
Q. I don’t have a printer, can I still get in?
Printing is much easier, but if you have a smart phone we are able to scan the screen. Please make sure you have downloaded (or screenshoted your barcodes before getting to the event) and you have enough battery life. Remember, there is no mobile reception at the event (also no WiFi) and there is no power or charging station – this is camping in regional Australia.
Q. Why does the Family Pass only have 1 barcode?
Family passes are intended for Families travelling together in a single vehicle. Family pass is a single barcode – all entrants using this pass for entry must be present at the entry gate at the same time.
Q. I didn’t get charged for postage?
No, tickets are emailed (so no expensive envelopes and stamps).
