My name is Justin Hall, 2-time W.E.Rock USA National Champion, 2016 West Coast Ultra 4 4500 class Champion. This will be my first time competing at TT, but definitely not new to the offroad world. Currently having a car built in Australia by JMW Engineering to run this event.
