The Deal On Meals Will Make You a Grinner!

So you’ve got a leave pass to go away with the boys for the Tough Dog Tuff Truck Challenge, and now it’s just a matter of how much gear to throw in the fourby, and how many packets of “2-Minute” noodles. But surely there is a better way, a way for you to maintain your health regime and not risk all that hard work from the gym and touch footy. But what to do – the missus isn’t going, and a weekend of non-stop sausage sandwiches, while containing a couple of the major food groups, just doesn’t cut it for 3 full days.
